By booking a session with The Cure Downings you are acknowledging and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions detailed below:

1. General Terms

1.1 By accessing and using the facilities and services of The Cure Downings, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2 The Cure Downings reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or on-site.

2. Use of Facilities

2.1 Use of the sauna and related facilities is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or minors over 16 years accompanied by a parent or guardian who has signed a consent form.

2.2 Health and Safety

- Users must disclose any medical conditions to staff before using the facilities.

- Users are responsible for monitoring their own physical condition and must cease use if they feel faint, dizzy, or short of breath.

- Pregnant women, individuals with cardiovascular conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not use the sauna.

2.3 Appropriate swimwear or sauna attire must be worn at all times.

2.4 Users must follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to excessive noise, harassment, or misuse of facilities, is prohibited.

2.5 No glass containers, alcohol, or smoking are allowed in the sauna or surrounding areas.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

3.1 Advance reservations are recommended to ensure availability. Users may book through our website or in person.

3.2 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged a fee as per our cancellation policy.

4. Payment

4.1 All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 Refunds are issued only at the managements discretion. No refunds will be provided for unused time or services once the session has begun.

5. Liability and Indemnity

5.1 Users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with sauna use and voluntarily assume all risks, including injury or death.

5.2 The Cure Downings and its affiliates will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

5.3 Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Cure Downings, it’s employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from their use of the facilities.

6. Privacy

6.1 Personal information collected during booking or use of services will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.

The Cure Downings will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6.2 Users may be photographed or filmed during their visit for promotional purposes. Consent is deemed given by using the facilities unless explicitly withdrawn in writing.

7. Acceptance

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between The Cure Downings and the user, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
